Do you feel there’s never enough time to get everything done? Or pushed and pulled by the amount of tasks that get in the way of the things you’d like to do? That can get overwhelming and one way to take control is to really focus on the things that make you happy, bring pleasure and motivate you to achieve your goals and live your potential in the way that’s right for you.

This workshop will look at time management for happiness, bringing clarity on what matters most in different areas of your life and how to prioritise your time and energy. You’ll consider what makes you happy, get clear on your values and learn a method that will help you plan around your wellbeing, family and prosperity without everything becoming too much.
You will leave feeling clear on the things that make you happy, the values you want to live them by and how to prioritise the things that matter without the overwhelm.

This 90-minute workshop is available as a stand-alone session or as part of your personalised 6-week wellbeing programme.
It can be delivered online or in person and is suitable for both private 121 wellbeing coaching or group sessions.
