Yoga: Classes

Seasonal Resets

Mindfulness, movement and relaxation practices designed to support your wellbeing through the changing seasons of the year. Helping you slow down, restore balance, reconnect with yourself and respond more gently to your body’s changing needs.

Do you find it difficult adjusting when the clocks go back, as the darker mornings, colder nights and shorter days begin to affect your energy and mood? Or perhaps you welcome the opportunity to slow down, rest more deeply, cosy up and create space for reflection and self-care.

Equally, the lighter evenings and longer days of spring and summer can bring renewed motivation, energy and a desire to spend more time outdoors, reconnecting with nature, movement and a greater sense of possibility.

However you experience the changing seasons is completely personal and perfectly normal. Each season brings its own opportunities to pause, reset and support your wellbeing in different ways. Through seasonal yoga, mindfulness, breathwork and relaxation practices, I offer supportive space to help you feel calmer, more balanced and more connected to yourself throughout the wheel of the year.
