We all know that smoking causes death and disease. So let’s face some of the facts:

After an initial consultation on your personal needs, choose whether you would like to quit 'cold turkey' or take a phased approach.

Consultation
In-depth intake conversation on your smoking profile and goals, Then I will create your own bespoke plan.

Personal recording
I will create special audio self-hypnosis recordings so that you can practise at any time.

3-6 personal sessions
A course of 60-minute hypnotherapy sessions. Depending on your plan this is usually 3 or 6 sessions.

Other services
You can also supplement your smoking cessation with additional services such as yoga, mindfulness and meditation.
