Do you feel like retreating at the end of the working week? As the days shorten and the nights lengthen, it’s no wonder we start to feel a little run down. Trying to cram more into shorter daylight hours, heading towards the colder months, can deplete our energy if we forget about our wellbeing.
What if we flipped our dread of colder darker nights around? What if those longer hours of darkness offered a cosy refuge and permission to take more downtime for ourselves to rest, replenish and recharge our energy stores?

Autumn offers a perfect chance to reset, recharge and reconnect with yourself. By attuning to the rhythm of the natural world, we can reflect and recognise what we might be needing right now. Letting go of what you no longer need, boosting your immunity, and creating space for rest, you can move into the darker months feeling calmer, more energised and resilient.
That’s why I’m hosting another Autumn Reset mini online retreat, this time followed with a bonus 7-Day follow up reset action plan for you to prepare your mind and body for the changing season.
It’s a two-hour session to pause, reset and prepare your mind and body for the changing season.
