Practise Yoga with Me

Suitable for all levels. Whether you are new to yoga, or have an established practice, let’s connect on our mats and practise together. We’ll explore the traditional eight limbs of yoga, ensuring we stretch out our desk-ridden muscles, while investigating what we can learn from yoga philosophy to help us navigate life's ups and downs.
