Drawing on a range of established techniques, we will look at different tools to help us find our inner calm. Learn the difference that breathing exercises can make to our wellbeing and relax and enjoy bespoke guided meditations and visualisations.

Take a moment to breathe today
When you notice your stress levels rising, it might be a sign you need to slow down, pause and take a breath. Observing and connecting with your breath is one of the best things you can do to help bring back your sense of calm. Here's a simple breathing exercise to try when you feel a little overwhelmed.
Step 1 Breathe in slowly for a count of three.
Step 2 Hold the breath for a count of three.
Step 3 Slowly breath out for a count of six.
Extending the exhalation will help calm the nervous system and quieten the anxious mind.
