How's your sleep? Almost 1 in 5 adults are not getting enough and 37% cite work as reducing the amount of control they feel they have over their sleep. If you struggle to get a good night's sleep, you'll know the effect that has on how you feel, your energy levels and ability to focus. In this 2 hour workshop, available for individuals or groups, we'll look at sleep hygiene and tools and tricks to send you to sleep when you're lying awake and nothing seems to work.
